<p>Your User ID is your six digit Employee Number. Your password is the last four digits of your social security number.</p>
<p><em><font color="#004489">What do I do if my password does not work?</font></em></p>

<p><em><font color="#004489">How will you know what education courses are required to take?</font></em></p>
<p>Your required courses are automatically assigned to you. When you login with your user ID and password you will see your required class in your student profile. Managers can assign classes to employees.</p>
<p><em><font color="#004489">How do new employees get their education assignments?</font></em></p>
<p>After a new employee is given an employee ID number and is entered into our Human Resources database, they will be added to the learning management system within two weeks and assigned the appropriate education courses.</p>
<p><em><font color="#004489">What happens if an employee doesn't pass the post-test on a required course?</font></em></p>
<p>If an employee does not pass, he or she should be directed to review the course again and re-take the test. An employee may take the course and post-test as often as they need to, however, they will only be paid for the first review and test.</p>
<p><em><font color="#004489">How can I register for a classroom-based elective course that is not required?</font></em></p>
<p>Once you have logged in to the HLC, click the &ldquo;Find&rdquo; tab and select the knowledge area you would like to search under. Click on the name of the course you would like to register for and the class schedule will open. Then click on the register button and you will be registered for the class.</p>
<p><em><font color="#004489">How do I cancel myself from a course?</font></em></p>
<p>Once you have logged on to the HLC, click the &ldquo;My Account&rdquo; tab and select &ldquo;My Courses.&rdquo; Under the Elective Courses, click the &ldquo;Unenroll&rdquo; link next to the course you wish to cancel yourself from. If it says &ldquo;Contact Supervisor,&rdquo; your manager will have to cancel you from this course. Please note, you cannot cancel yourself from Assigned Courses.</p>
<p><em><font color="#004489">Can I start and stop or do I need to complete the program all at one time?</font></em></p>
<p>When you are in the middle of a course you may start and stop as necessary. The HLC will bookmark your stopping point when you log out of the system. When you log back in, the course will begin where you left off. Note, you will not receive credit if you log out of a pre-assessment test associated with the course.</p>
