site offers a variety of information about public transit services in the
Detroit area including bus and MetroLift service for ADA certified passengers.
DDOT Schedules are available on the Web site in English, Spanish and Arabic.
Winter rider tips, fare listings, trip planners and transit safety information
is also available.
MDOT Michigan Department of Transportation provides
road construction updates, maps and information on bridges, ferries and tolls.

SEMCOG For a small monthly fee, RideShare is a
carpool and vanpool matching service that links commuters traveling into or
within Southeast Michigan for work. Based on the information provided through
the online application or convenient phone number, Southeast Michigan Council of
Governments (SEMCOG) will send you a computerized list of people in your
neighborhood who have similar destinations and work hours. They will also
include information about existing vanpools.
