Vicki Bucciere, A.C.S.W., L.M.S.W., QSAP
Vicki Bucciere is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her graduate training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She has extensive clinical background in the areas of inpatient psychiatry, as facilitator of Intensive Outpatient and Phase II chemical dependency recovery groups and as a clinician working with individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Vicki focuses on providing short-term therapy and is most interested in the areas of relationship conflicts, mental health problems, substance abuse/codependency, stress management/reaction to change, workplace conflict and crisis management issues.

Kelly Rae Smith, L.M.S.W., QSAP
Kelly Rae Smith is a Licensed Mastered Social Worker. Kelly received her degree in 2001 from Wayne State University. She has extensive experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse. Since 1997 she has worked in Outpatient and Assertive Community Treatment to aid her clients. A U.S. Navy and Gulf War veteran, Kelly also brings long experience and expertise to the areas of chemical dependency, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and a wide variety of social afflictions.

Shelley Harlen, L.L.M.S.W.,QSAP
Shelley Harlen graduate from Wayne State University with a Masters of Social Work degree and is a Limited Licensed Mastered Social Worker. Shelley has been with EAP since 2005. Shelley is active both in the community and Henry Ford Health events/ committees. Shelley has worked with adult and children who have experienced problematic behavior, low self-esteem, sexual identity confusion, parent child difficulties, posttraumatic stress disorder, and other conditions and disorders.

Jay Weiss, M.A., L.L.P., QSAP
Jay Weiss is a Limited Licensed Psychologist and functioned in a myriad of settings in the human services sector. He has counseled children as young as 3 years old and adults as old as 98. He has provided services to developmentally disabled adults and children, as well as severe and chronically mentally ill. He has been an instructor teaching courses in Psychology and Human Service at a local college for the past 11 years.
