Combined Time Off (CTO)

The CTO Program combines vacation, sick and personal time into one bank to provide greater flexibility in utilizing paid time off.  All non-management, full and part time benefit eligible employees accrue CTO based on service hours paid in a pay period.  Service hours consist of hours worked and paid time off, not to exceed 80 hours per pay.
