	<P>The CTO Program combines vacation, sick and personal time into one bank to 
provide greater flexibility in utilizing paid time off.&nbsp; All 
non-management, full and part time benefit eligible employees accrue CTO based 
on service hours paid in a pay period.&nbsp; Service hours consist of hours 
worked and paid time off, not to exceed 80 hours per pay.</P>
