Henry Ford Health System has a passion for health care – for our patients and our employees. This is why our mission is “To improve human life through the art and science of healthcare and healing.”

Employee Health and Wellness aims to create an organizational culture that nurtures a healthy environment and healthy employees.  We accomplish this by providing required health screening procedures, work-related medical treatment/rehabilitation and return to work programs.  We also provide wellness education, programs and opportunities to partner in “getting healthy.”

Positively impacting our employees’ health supports both individual employees’ efforts to “be healthy”, as well as senior leadership’s belief that our employees are our most valuable asset. This embodies our “People” goal of protecting and promoting employees’ health.
