Performance Management Consulting

Organizational Performance and Learning (OPL) provides a service aimed directly at improving performance results. OPL staff are internal consultants and offer their services in a variety of ways.

Some examples are:

Help to facilitate change within a department.

Lead department retreats and assist in creating strategic plans for high performing work teams.

To identify appropriate internal and external development opportunities for leadership.

Provide management assessments and ongoing coaching for leaders/managers.
